A luxurious bar in Saint-Germain-des-Prés

The bar lounge at the Lutetia is both the heart and soul of the hotel. Well-known to academic figures, stars and people in the news on the Left Bank of Paris, it is always hosting artists, journalists and writers who have come to partake of the liveliness of its chic, relaxed atmosphere.

Boasting decoration in the Art Déco style, the red and gold colours of the bar lounge offer a luxurious backdrop for the sculptures and paintings of Arman, Philippe Hiquily, Max Le Verrier and Thierry Bisch. The Lutetia's bar also attracts music lovers, including Eddy Mitchell, a regular, who even dedicated a song to it.

A piano bar vibrating to the sound of jazz

Every evening, starting at 7 p.m., the Lutetia's bar is transformed into a piano bar, where French jazz singers regularly perform. The renowned Lute-Jazz nights in the bar, however, start at 10:15 p.m., from Wednesday through Saturday. Our friendly, discrete staff will attend to you at lunch, tea time or happy hour in a welcoming atmosphere.

Let yourself be tempted by Gilles Guyomarch's cocktails or the cigar humidor specially designed by Philippe Hiquily. You can choose from twenty different types of cigars.

The Lutetia Hotel offers you its Jazz evenings from wednesday to saturday starting at 22:15
